Flinders Lane_3, Melbourne 2019
printed on Giclée Hahnemühle Photo Rag
Late afternoon on a beautiful summers day in Melbourne. The sun is getting lower as people start to spill out onto the laneways. The light bounces around off the glass buildings to create pockets of reflected sunlight and warmth on these narrow streets.
An lovely silver haired woman is playing an organ to a growing audience. The sound of the organ, the warmth of the city and that lovely feeling of being home for summer all come flooding back when I look at this photo.
